The purpose of this study is to find out the nature and secrets behind the ruh and the body. Ruh is defined by some mufassirs as something that causes life and movement, as well as the benefit of avoiding evil. In contrast to the opinion of the scholar Imam al-Alusi, he explains the other side of ruh as the cause of life and movement, the orbit of the human body and the beginning of life, ruh can also be said to be a complex substance, which to know it is not enough to be limited to rational but must be based on revelation. First, regarding the haqikat of ruh, according to al-Alusi ruh is one of the creations of Allah Swt. which needs to be based on revelation and cannot only be based on ratios. Ruh has a broad meaning, not only the substance flowing in the human body that causes life and thinking, but ruh also means malaikat, revelation and the Qur'an. Secondly, the secret of the ruh and the body. This issue leads to Surah an-Nahl verse 78, and based on its analysis, two possibilities emerge: first, ruh exists first because humans are born in a state of fitrah without knowledge. Secondly, the ruh was created first because after being blown into the body, the ruh undergoes a reduction with human elements and characteristics, so that humans are born in a state of fitrah without knowledge.
hafid nur muhammad Deki Ridho Anggara Ari Mohammad Ridwan Mawarid Khairul Arifin Ikrimah Retno Handayani Copyright (c) 2023 hafid nur muhammad, Deki Ridho Anggara, Ari Mohammad Ridwan, Mawarid Khairul Arifin, Ikrimah Retno Handayani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-03-31 2023-03-31 3 1 43 56 Dampak Kecurangan dalam Jual Beli Menurut Tafsir Al-Qur’an http://ojs.stiudq.ac.id/JUQDQ/article/view/127
This study aims to examine the impact of fraud in buying and selling based on the Qur'an and its interpretations. This research is a library research with maudhu'i (thematic) interpretation method. By using several interpretation books. The results of this study indicate that Allah SWT has forbidden his servant to commit fraud in buying and selling, especially reducing the measure or scale to the detriment of others. The impact is not only detrimental to the buyer but also detrimental to the seller, namely causing accidents/destruction, the impact is not only in the world in the form of losses in business and loss of blessings of sustenance but also in the hereafter when the perpetrators of fraud are held accountable for their fraudulent actions before Allah SWT, they will be rewarded with the painful torments of hell. Muslims, should make the Al-Qur'an and hadith as a way of life, including in relation to business management or business. However, in reality there are not a few Muslim businessmen who are ignorant of Islamic business guidelines as in the Al-Quran Al-Mutaffifin verses 1-6, so that they come out of the norms of Islamic business ethics, namely the prohibition of cheating.
Rachmad Risqy Kurniawan Kinanti Dwi Purnama Copyright (c) 2023 Rachmad Risqy Kurniawan, Kinanti Dwi Purnama https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-03-31 2023-03-31 3 1 57 71 Pemaknaan Ayat QS. Then, then the members of the body are able to witness for themselves in doing everything that can be in the form of good deeds or bad deeds, this is as explained in QS. Yasin 65. Scientific facts show that what is meant by the body parts are fingerprints. Fingerprints are members of the human body which are located on the palms of the hands and feet of humans. In criminal cases, fingerprints can be used as witnesses or evidence to reveal the perpetrators of crimes. The existence of this research is to show that the verses of the Koran can be verified through A.J.'s theory of verification. Ayer to reveal the meaning of QS. Yasin 65. Based on that through descriptive qualitative research methods-analysis of QS. Yasin 65 to reveal a crime can be invoked by the theory of the approach used. It is undeniable that because of the many meanings that can be interpreted in these seven letters, finally many ordinary people misinterpret that sab'ah ahruf is qira'at sab'ah. Therefore, the author tries to do research, about the true meaning of this seven letters theme whether it is the same as the meaning of qira'at sab'ah or different, with the aim of being a valid reference to the meaning of sab'ah ahruf. In this study, the author conducted a library research and used descriptive analysis with primary data sources Mabahis fi 'Ulum al Qur'an. The results of this study show that the meaning of these seven letters, is very different from qira'at sab'ah. Qira'at sab'ah talks about how the seven imams of qira'at read the Qur'an based on the history they received, while seven letters mean that the Qur'an was derived in seven different languages from the language that existed in Arabic at that time, in order to facilitate the pronunciation of the Qur'an itself.
Yogi Sulaeman Copyright (c) 2023 Yogi Sulaeman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-03-31 2023-03-31 3 1 82 96 Perintah Perang dalam Q.S. Al-Baqarah [2]: 191 dan Relevansinya dengan Konsep Moderasi Beragama http://ojs.stiudq.ac.id/JUQDQ/article/view/122
This article departs from a misunderstanding by some Muslims in understanding verses about war in the Qur’an. One of the verses that is often misunderstood is surat al-Baqarah [2] verse 191. Some Muslims have extreme views and use this verse as legitimacy to kill anyone from non-Muslims. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relevance between the war order in surat al-Baqarah [2] verse 191 with the concept of religious moderation proclaimed by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is a library research with a qualitative approach using Jorge J. E. Gracia’s function of interpretations theory. The primary data source is the book of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia entitled Moderasi Beragama. Secondary data sources are tafsir books and other relevant literatures. This article concludes that the war order in surat al-Baqarah [2] verse 191 is only prescribed if Muslims are attacked first as a form of protection and self-defense. The law on war in this verse is characterized by justice because there should be no persecution in war. The war in this verse is also a form of defending the nation and homeland as well as an attempt to reclaim the homeland, as the Indonesian people had experienced when they fought against the invaders to regain independence in their own homeland.
M Rais Nasruddin Copyright (c) 2023 M Rais Nasruddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-03-31 2023-03-31 3 1 97 112 Wawasan Al-Qur’an tentang Komunikasi Massa http://ojs.stiudq.ac.id/JUQDQ/article/view/123
The Qur'anic insight on mass communication is communication between one person and another through mass media with the guidance of the Qur'an. However, it has also become a trend and a mode of the dress so this tends to fade the barometer of the genitals in wearing the headscarf when the hijab is only considered a trend and fashion style. Likewise, at the time of writing Al-Kabir's interpretation by Ibn Taimiyyah when there were many cases of rape and adultery in religious riots in his area, so this interpretation was written as a response to the reality at that time. Thus, explaining Ibn Taimiyyah's thoughts about the headscarf is important. This study uses the framework of intertextuality theory by Julia Kristeva, a library research type with a narrative-analytic model. The conclusion explains that Ibn Taimiyyah interpreted the headscarf as a differentiating identity between free women and slave women. In addition, the headscarf was also used to protect women from the crimes of immoral men in Medina at that time. Then only those who were not slaves were encouraged to wear the headscarf, while slaves were allowed to show their bodies. As for the genitals, according to Ibn Taimiyyah are the whole body apart from the face and the palms of the hands.
Farida Nur ‘Afifah Wendi Parwanto Copyright (c) 2023 Wendi Parwanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-03-31 2023-03-31 3 1 131 145
