With the advent of Islam, it did not erase and cansel wills that were generally accepted by the community at that time, Islam coul accept the long running ill by providing corrections and improvements so that the will remains something that is needed by paying attention to the family relatives left behind. A Testament is a tasarruf (release) of inheritance which is carried out after someone dies. According to the standard of origin, a Testament is an act carried out ill a will of heart under any circumstances. Therefore, they is nothing in islamic law a will that must be camed out by way of a judge’s decision.
